Server Status & Uptime
We utilize several 3rd party monitoring parties to ensure our servers are up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If you would like to view our public records please visit WebHostingStuff or HyperSpin. If you would like to receive a PDF of our uptime form our Network Operations Center please e-mail support@gigeweb.com. If you would like to view our server Status (Uptime, Load, Etc.) please visit our Server Status Area. (Please keep in mind that not all of our servers are listed & the uptime is not 100% accurate as we do conduct periodically restarts to keep the performance of our servers.)
Technical Support
If you require technical support with your Shared, Reseller, Proxy or Dedicated hosting account. Please e-mail our support department or open a ticket with the support department. Try to be as descriptive as possible to allow us to resolve your issue in a timely manner. If your dedicated server does not have any management services and would like something to be completed that is considered "managed" please be aware that you will be billed at an hourly rate for the work.
