Q: What is the normal setup time for a dedicated server?
A: Normal setup time for a dedicated server with GigeWeb.Com is about 24-72 hours (business hours). We have a small build team during the weekend so only a limited number of servers will be setup during the weekend. Also the time frame that was provided does not include back-logs or backorders.

Q: Do you offer management services?
A: Yes. We do offer management services as an add-on or otherwise said. Normally we will only offer management services if you purchase a cPanel/WHM server but we also have management services for other control panels as well. To find which plan is best for you please contact our sales department.

Q: Are there any contracts?
A: We do not believe in contracts. We believe that a client should have the freedom to move from one host to another if they would like. All dedicated server sales are on a month-to-month basis or you may contact our sales department if you would like further savings by signing a contract.If your willing to sign a contract we only do 12-month or 24-month contracts. Savings depend on the server and terms.

Q: Do you offer a SLA Network Agreement?
A: We offer a 100% SLA Uptime agreement regarding the network. If your server is not setup 100% of the time you shall receive a credit for the down-time which will be applied to your next month's invoice.

Q: Do you have 24x7 technical support?
A: Yes we have a monitored helpdesk that is opened and staffed 24x7 to ensure your services are running 24x7x365 If your placing a ticket for server management please consult to your paperwork as there is a separate helpdesk for server management tickets. If you require technical support via telephone, telephone support is only available during our operating hours of Monday - Sunday 12PM - 7PM PST. However, we wish that you open a ticket so we can check the progress and resolve the issue without delay.

Q: Is the bandwidth shared or dedicated? If shared what can I expect as far as transfer?
A: The above bandwidth is shared unless stated dedicated. For our 10Mbps Unmetered you can look to transfer 3,000GB IN and 3,000GB OUT; however, we do not monitor your usage or bill you overages. For our 100Mbps Unmetered packages you can look to transfer 30,000GB IN and 30,000GB OUT; however we do not monitor your usage or bill for overages. The difference between shared and dedicated is that on a shared connection you may not be able to really utilize that entire 10Mbps speed or 100Mbps speed but on a dedicated connection you can achieve those speeds depending on your location and ISP. On average most of the servers that are fairly cheap and come complete with an unmetered bandwidth line (10Mbps or 100Mbps) chances are it's shared.

Q: Can I purchase a dedicated line?
A: Yes. Please contact our sales department for pricing.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept.
A: We current accept PayPal payments but if you cannot pay via PayPal/Credit Card please contact our sales department for other option of payment.
